I understand that scheduled lessons cancelled by me (the student), with less than 24 hours notice, will not be refunded or rescheduled.

I also understand that lessons are typically only available to book on Thursdays between 7:50am and 4:50pm (UK times).

IMPORTANT: I understand that I'm responsible for using the right equipment (including strong internet connection) and settings for online Zoom lessons that will enable Jamie to hear me and see me clearly. If my setup is not fit for purpose (you'll get an email guide, don't worry) the lesson may not be viable and there are no refunds.

Currently, I only teach between 7.50am and 5.50pm (UK time) on Thursdays. Lessons can be self-scheduled once you've paid.

Once you've bought your lesson, you'll set up a log in to get access to your Product Library Dashboard. You'll see any lessons you've purchased there, and you can schedule in your lesson time through the online booking system.

Lessons are conducted through Zoom.
